Wednesday, August 27th, 2008

This Victorian mansion was the site of out-of-control passions at the turn of the century. A man committed suicide here, and a doctor’s daughter was found slain on the stairway.Unexplainable footsteps and disembodied voices attest to the spirits walking the halls.

The mansion was built in the 1850’s and gained a reputation for being haunted in the 1880’s.For many years,no one would live in it.The building was sold to the Ealy School For Girls in 1900 and became an apartment building after World WarII.
